Overview
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites applications under Special Advertisement No. 52/2025 for recruitment to the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). A total of 230 posts are available, comprising: 156 Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) and 74 Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) positions. Applications are open from 29 July 2025 to 18 August 2025 (11:59 PM).

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Both EO/AO and APFC require a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. For APFC, a diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws, or Public Administration is desirable.
- Age Limit (as on 1 August 2025):
- EO/AO: UR/EWS – 30 yrs; OBC – 33 yrs; SC/ST – 35 yrs; PwBD – 40 yrs.
- APFC: UR/EWS – 35 yrs; OBC – 38 yrs; SC – 40 yrs; ST – 35 yrs; PwBD – 45 yrs.
Pay Scale
- EO/AO (Level‑08): Approx ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100 per month.
- APFC (Level‑10): Approx ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month.
Selection Process
- Combined Recruitment Test (Objective, Pen‑and‑Paper, 2 hours) – conducted in English & Hindi; negative marking applies.
- Personal Interview.
Merit is calculated on a 75:25 ratio (CRT: Interview).
Additional stages: Document Verification and Medical Examination.
