India and Pakistan today began a dialogue DG level border three days.

A delegation of 16 Pakistani members reached the BSF headquarters for negotiations that take place between after a break of more than one and a half years.

The Rajasthan High Court directed the Centre to ensure that large pictorial warnings are performed on all tobacco products.

Union HRD Minister Smt Smriti Irani today launched the national Web portal providing information on national training regime Ministry of apprentices.

  • The scheme, which offers opportunities for practical training is for graduates, degree holders and 10 + 2 pass holders of vocational certificates.
  • The Union Minister also released a logo and slogan “Sashakt Yuva, Samarth Bharat” to the national web portal.

First Global Investors Meet Tamil Nadu (TNGIM 2015) was officially inaugurated by the Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa today.

  • Industrial leader Reliance Anil Ambani Group, Mahindra & President Mahindra Anand Mahindra, ITC chairman YC Deveshwar, HCL founder Shiv Nadar, Head JSW Steel Sajjan Jindal, Chief Adani Gautam Adani and Chairman Indian Oil B Ashok, Yes Bank president Rana Kapoor, among others, attended the event.
  • Note: During this meeting, the Government of Tamil Nadu attracts over 2, 40,000 crore investment, which is more than double the target.
  • The state will organize a Global Investors meet every two years, the next meeting will take place in 2017.

India and Belarus have set a business goal of $ 1 billion achieved in 2018.

  • This objective was agreed at the seventh session of the Intergovernmental Commission of India and Belarus held in the capital of Belarus Minsk.
