ICICI Bank in collaboration with Tech Mahindra has launched a payment service called “Tap-n-Pay“.

  • It is mainly based on near field communication (NFC) technology, allowing customers are over-the-counter payments without using cash.
  • It can be used for merchant payments simply by tapping an NFC-enabled mobile phone or a tag on the counter.
