Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of microfinance, rural banking, or field-level operations.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in microfinance, NBFCs, or financial institutions preferred.

- Customer acquisition and loan servicing in assigned rural/urban areas.
- Collection, documentation, and maintaining field records.
- Building customer relationships and ensuring timely repayments.
