Selection Process for SAI Notification 2026

The selection will be based on a two-stage process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): An online written examination to assess general knowledge, reasoning, and sports theory (40% weightage).
2. Coaching Ability Test (CAT): An assessment of coaching skills and technical knowledge in the respective discipline (60% weightage).
   • Note: Candidates will be shortlisted for CAT based on CBT performance in a 1:3 ratio.
