SSC CHSL Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Staff Selection Commission recently has been released SSC CHSL Exam Pattern and Syllabus. Candidates who had applied for this recruitment those candidates must have to check syllabus from this website before preparing for the examination. Very recently the commission has announced the CHSL Tier 1 exam 2015 results and immediately has issued a notification of CHSL Tier 2 exam.  All the qualified candidates of Tier 1 exam are eligible to take Tier 2 exam.  This year entire process of conducting CHSL exam has been changed.  Right from this year, the exam will be conducted in 3 Tiers.  Candidates need to qualify in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 in order to appear for Tier 3 exam.

Key Changes made to CHSL Tier 2 Exam Pattern – Revised Pattern

Here are the important changes that were made to SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam pattern.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will be known as Writing Skill Test

The writing skill test will test the skills of candidates in essay, letter and application writing.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is a descriptive exam.

Tier 3 will be a skill test/typing test.

The minimum qualifying marks in SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is 33.

The time duration of SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is one hour.

The question paper of Tier 2 exam will be in Hindi/English

SSC CHSL Exam Pattern

The Tier 2 CHSL exam will contain Essay that should be written in 200 to 250 words and letter and application should be written in 150 to 200 words. 

Advantages of revised exam pattern of SSC CHSL Exam
