The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has announced a major recruitment drive in 2025 for non-teaching roles in government-aided and sponsored schools across the state. A total of 8,477 vacancies have been released under Group C (clerks) and Group D (support staff).

Eligibility & Age

• Minimum Age: 18 years. Maximum Age: ~40 years as per the notification as on 01.01.2025
• Educational Qualification: For example, for Group C (Clerk) passes of Class X or equivalent; for Group D passes of Class VIII in some cases.
