Here we are going to update the latest notification and latest news.While coming to the latest news The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee presented the Bharat Ratna 2015 and Padma Awards 2015 at a Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Among the dignitaries present on the occasion were the Vice President of India, Prime Minister, Union Ministers of Home Affairs, Finance and Human Resource Development. Bharat Ratna is the First highest civilian award and introduced in 1954. First Bharat Ratna was awarded to Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Sir C.V. Raman and Chakravarti Rajagopalachari in 1954. Last Bharat Ratna was awarded to Bhimsen Josshi in 2008. Mother Teresa was the first naturalized Indian citizen of Bharat Ratna Award Winner in 1980. The Padma Awards, which includes Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri. Padma Vibhushan is the Second highest civilian award, Padma Bhushan is the Third highest civilian award in the Republic of India. It is announced on the occasion of Republic Day every year and conferred by the President of India.

Among the dignitaries present on the occasion were the Vice President of India, Prime Minister, Union Ministers of Home Affairs, Finance and Human Resource Development. President Pranab Mukherjee conferred the country’s highest civilian honor Bharat Ratna to freedom fighter Madan Mohan Malaviya posthumously. A host of other personalities, including veteran BJP leader L.K. Advani and Punjab Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Parkash Singh Badal, were honored with Padma awards by Mr. Mukherjee at a glittering ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
